MoCoPro Cloud (cloud.mocopro.eu) is a private file hosting and collaboration platform provided by MocoPro. Access is strictly limited to authorized users, clients, and partners who have been granted specific permission.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You must not share your account password or public share links with unauthorized third parties.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we suspect unauthorized use or a violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use MoCoPro Cloud to:

  • Upload, store, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or malware.

  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

  • Use the Services for any purpose other than the intended business collaboration with MocoPro.

2.3. Data Retention and Availability

While we strive to keep the Services available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or service interruptions. Users are responsible for maintaining their own local backups of critical data.

3. Intellectual Property

All content uploaded by MocoPro remains the property of MocoPro. All content uploaded by you remains your property. By uploading content to MoCoPro Cloud, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MocoPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
